When you use the form to make a booking to our walking tours or similar events, your personal information is only recorded if you indicate that you wish to be kept informed of future tours. You may request to be removed from our database at any time. We will record your name and contact number/email address for the purpose of organising the event. When you use the form to register your interest with the Connecting Descendants service, your personal information will be retained on our members' database. In the event that a third party contacts the Friends of Cheltenham and Regional Cemeteries Inc. requesting information on the same grave that we have already researched for you, we will seek permission from you to provide your name and email address only to the other party. You reserve the right to refuse to make contact with the third party. You will also be contacted from time to time on matters relating to the Friends of Cheltenham and Regional Cemeteries Inc. When you complete our on-line survey (LimeSurvey), the information collected is anonymous. No information can be used to identify who you are. The Friends may use feedback submitted on our website for the purpose of promoting our events.
